Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Distributor orders may require verification before dispatch.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Stock availability is subject to confirmation at the time of processing.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver throughout South Africa and selected international destinations.
  • Delivery times within South Africa are typically 2–5 business days.
  • International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
  • Shipping fees are calculated during checkout.
  • Tracking information will be provided where available.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, customs clearance, or courier delays.

Returns Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Products returned without prior approval may not qualify for a refund.
  • Certain products may not be eligible for return due to health, hygiene, or safety requirements.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection of returned goods.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Items damaged during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
